This is a tool I developed for managers in a business who was implementing an integrated business sustainability plan with my help. I built this tool because managers make daily decisions that are key to sustainability efforts.

This tool incorporates a "both/and" approach, one I believe is key to success through sustainability efforts. This tool helps managers that define actions that BOTH move us toward sustainability AND improves customer service AND are profitable AND enhance branding.

This approach builds new language that changes team discussions as each proposed action and expenditure is considered within this both/and framework.
