The Bush Foundation
I assisted The Bush Foundation in the development of
the Ecological Health funding granting initiative. The goal
of this initiative is to integrate environmental, health,
energy and land topic areas of the foundations granting,
and to promote system thinking in the Bush Foundation
and in the organizations they support. I Facilitated work
sessions with the Board of Trustees and staff, researched
related topics and build reference library, facilitated
community roundtables across the region, developed
frameworks for system integration, developed granting
guidelines and designed grant review processes.
I provide periodic assistance as the Ecological Health
granting continues.

The Blue Cross & Blue Shield of Minnesota Foundation
I provided consulting assistance to BCBSMN Foundation staff and Board on defining, refining and implementing the "Social, Economic and Environmental Determinants of Health" funding priority. (SEEDOH) I researched environmental, health and literacy nonprofit efforts in Minnesota. Aveda Foundation
I provided Organizational Development assistance to the Aveda Foundation on the continuing development of their Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR).
