I assisted in the design and implementation of a fully integrated sustainability business plan for WBR&S. I organized and facilitated a "Sustainability Team" of senior managers and trained them in sustainability approaches. I developed tools to assist management decisions and to incorporate sustainability into performance reviews.

I developed a Systems Map of the entire Aveda Corporation with a senior management team. This System Map is a dynamic systems tool that describes the relationships among key aspects of the business. The strength is in its holistic approach as a diagnostic tool to identify key strategic issues for Aveda.

I assist this small business develop an energy efficiency and sustainability plan by working with the business owners, training staff and monitoring progress. Headwater efforts are also being used as a case model to engage other nearby small businesses.
